We had the BEST TIME ever during this photo shoot of one of our Welch Design Studio homes. This is just a sneak peek. To see more, visit our website at:

This shoot took 2 full days and then a couple shorter days here and there. Some of our shoots have taken a week or longer. So much work, but so well worth it!

The Concrete Pour...
We had blasted the roof off the penthouse a couple weeks ago. We lifted the ceiling by 2 feet and re-framed the roof. Now the exciting part...the Concrete pour. Here is the first phase. In a couple of weeks, the subs will be back to polish the concrete.
Next steps: pouring the interior concrete floors. This Industrial Modern Penthouse is coming to life! Super Exciting!

Demolition Begins...
My current project right now happens to be a dream job. I love everything about it: the location, the clients, their taste, the style of the residence. I can go on and on...
I went to the job site this Sunday, and it amazes me how we can see past the mess, the rubble, the demolition, the history.
Here is a snippet of the current situation on the site. I cannot wait to post photos of the final result.
