We had a BLAST!

Call us crazy!  We blasted the roof off of this penthouse unit.  We will now raise the floor, which will raise the ceiling below.  Then, a new roof and Trellis gets added.  I cannot wait to post the final result!  Stay Tuned!!

Modern Multi-Family Housing Rehabilitation

Two different times of day.  This is a rehab project which helped update the existing multi-family unit, turning it into a fun, hip, modern complex. 

The Life of an Architect

WDS is celebrating 8 1/2 years.  We are so excited to re-launch the new Welch Design Studio.

In 3 months, we have taken on 4 new projects. 

While at past award winning firms, the projects we have lead have gathered numerous recognition including Gold Nugget Grand awards and Builder's Choice awards.  They have been in numerous publications from Architectural Digest to the Robb Report, LUXE, California Homes, Ocean Homes, Tasarim, Brentwood Magazine and many more.

We have worked on projects ranging stylistically from Traditional to Contemporary.  Our projects can be seen throughout California to Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
