The Concrete Pour...

We had blasted the roof off the penthouse a couple weeks ago.  We lifted the ceiling by 2 feet and re-framed the roof.  Now the exciting part...the Concrete pour.  Here is the first phase.  In a couple of weeks, the subs will be back to polish the concrete.

Next steps:  pouring the interior concrete floors.  This Industrial Modern Penthouse is coming to life!  Super Exciting!

In 2 weeks, this surface will be polished and it will continue to cure.

We had a BLAST!

Call us crazy!  We blasted the roof off of this penthouse unit.  We will now raise the floor, which will raise the ceiling below.  Then, a new roof and Trellis gets added.  I cannot wait to post the final result!  Stay Tuned!!

Demolition Begins...

My current project right now happens to be a dream job.  I love everything about it:  the location, the clients, their taste, the style of the residence.  I can go on and on...

I went to the job site this Sunday, and it amazes me how we can see past the mess, the rubble, the demolition, the history.
